PLEASE NOTE: Business to Business Pricing is available to all eligible event companies who adhere to a set of guidelines (Stated Below) set forth by Event Friend & Perfect Entertainment.
 
- This service must be booked AT LEAST 14 days in advance, If this service is requested with less then 14 days till the planned performance, you MAY be subject to a rush order fee based on our availability.
 
- You must provide your own C.O.I. (Certificate of Insurance) to the venue & notify them that you want this service performed on your behalf and ask for any additional requirements that they may have. 
 
- The time frame for the delivery of the special effect must fall within a 1hr window of the reception or event start time.
 
- The Event Location for the scheduled performance shall be located within a 1hr travel time from one of our warehouse locations. If it is outside our travel area, an additional travel fee MAY be imposed.
 
This service is typically performed within the 1st hour of the reception time due to heating requirements for the machine & dissapation of the dry ice while being stored. If you require us to stay for a longer period of time than 1hr after the start time of your event, there may be an additional cost for dry ice & time.
